The best thing about working at PNW is:

We are a remote team and believe that loving work is about balancing it with life, we can do things differently because we are small and nimble. We believe if you make sure you’re acting from a place of empathy you can be better for your customers, employees and other partners.

When we’re not working, we’re:

Mountain Biking, Gravel Biking, Baking, Playing with Dogs, Reading and Eating lots of delicious things.

What we’re reading:

Saga the Comic Book Series by Bryan K. Vaughan and Fiona Staples; The New Yorker; The Wayfarer Series by Becky Chambers; White Teeth by Zadie Smith

What we’re listening to:

Christine and the Queens, Maria Callas, Lescop, Empire of the Sun, Twin Shadow

If they made a movie about our workplace, it would be called:

Skyping Singletrack: A Team Addicted to Gifs

Inclusion in the outdoors matters because:

We want our products to work so well that they allow riders to focus on what matters when you’re biking - having fun, being meditative through movement in nature and being with a community, it’s important that this community is represented and incorporates more than the homogeneous faces and places that it’s traditionally associated with.

Five years down the line, it’s our hope that:

We honestly hope we can provide steps to encourage diversity across the riders we sponsor, people we hire and company initiatives we build. We continue to bring our product pricing into a fair structure to make it more accessible. We continue our steps towards sustainability. We continue inspiring people to get out on their bicycle in the wilderness to have fun.
