Inclusion in the outdoors matters because:
It’s the right thing to do. Enjoying the outdoors in a safe, supportive, inclusive and learning environment is everyone’s right. Our marketing and team member training need to reflect that goal and pursue it aggressively. Moreover, it is also a poor business strategy to ignore inclusion and not reach out to a large segment of our population.
Five years down the line, it’s our hope that:
We hope that in five years, our team members and our guests more closely mirror the entire American demographic, not just those segments of our population who can afford an RV or those who have historically stayed or at our camp-resorts or serviced our guests.
