The Culture
THE BEST THING ABOUT WORKING at ICemule is:
We are a small team that works extremely hard, all doing multiple jobs, and sometimes under lots of pressure — but we’re having a blast building an amazing cooler company that happens to be located in a beautiful beach town; it could be a lot worse.
When we’re not working, we’re:
Boating, fishing, hiking, surfing, riding bikes, doing coastal cleanups, rescuing turtles and seeing live music all over the ‘First Coast’ of Florida.

Inclusion in the outdoors matters because:
Our jobs are pretty simple - we help people enjoy the outdoors (and have a cold drink while they are at it). We try to spread positivity and promote the joy of exploring the world without constraint. But for too many people, exploring the outdoors is a either a terrifying and dangerous experience or one that has not been accessible for a lot of reasons. And that has lots a negative consequences, not the least of which is that there is a large segment of our population that is not, and sometimes is not able to, experience the restorative power of being in nature. We believe that if everyone spent more time outside, the world would be a better place. And so as long as so many people are left out of the outdoors experience, we can never really do our simple jobs. For our part, we haven’t done the job of inviting everyone, especially those that have been left out, to join us – but we absolutely plan to change that starting now.
Five years down the line, it’s our hope that:
We are well on the way to helping everyone spend more time outdoors, in a safe, fun, non-judging community. That, and for all of those people to, of course, have an ICEMULE on their back. :)
