The Culture

The best thing about working here is:

The community. We strive to build and inspire communities of adaptive athletes and volunteers.

When we’re not working, we’re:

Climbing!

What we’re reading:

True North by Bill George

What we’re listening to:

The Sharp End podcast.

Inclusion in the outdoors matters because:

We envision a world where inclusion, diversity and equity are the norm and underrepresented groups have equal access to climbing and a voice within the larger outdoor community. We understand the transformative power of the outdoors and believe climbing and inclusion is a powerful vehicle for forging communities, enhancing well-being, and creating empowered individuals.

Five years down the line, it’s our hope that:

Paradox Sports has been part of the solution. Providing access to climbing opportunities for everyone and role modeling inclusivity for the larger community.
