A more inclusive, more diverse, more equal outdoor industry is a more interesting, more creative, more  innovative industry. Creating more opportunity for underrepresented communities to access the outdoors and feeling the love, healing, wonder and peace that comes with spending time in nature and the wilderness is matters because it creates another authentic and common ground place for diverse people to connect with one another, understand one another, laugh with one another, play with one another – and feel part of the one race, the human race, that we all feel a part of when we’re staring at the stars.
